“We were  enchanted by him “എന്ന വാക്യത്തിൽ, "നമുക്ക്/us" ആ പ്രവർത്തനം സംഭവിക്കുന്നു, കാരണം "നമ്മൾ/we" മയക്കപ്പെട്ടവരാണ് (the ones who are feeling enchanted).
In active voice, വാചകത്തിന്റെ subject പ്രവൃത്തി (action) നിർവഹിക്കുന്നയാളാണ്. അതിനാൽ, അത് active ആക്കുന്നതിന് , we focus on "him" ("നമ്മളെ" വശീകരിച്ച വ്യക്തി/the person who enchanted "us")  as the subject doing the enchanting. That's why we say, "He enchanted us."

Whoൽ തുടങ്ങുന്ന active voice നു  ശേഷം V2/did ഇവ വന്നാൽ അതിനെ passive voice ആക്കുന്ന വിധം: 
By whom + was/were + object + V3.
By whom ആദ്യം എഴുതുക.
അതിനു ശേഷം the glass singular ആയതുകൊണ്ട് 'was' എഴുതുക.
അതിനു ശേഷം object ആയ the glass എഴുതുക.
അതിനു ശേഷം  V3 form ആയ broken എഴുതുക.

<li>ഇവിടെ object 'The girl' ആണ്. The girl (singular) ആയതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ auxiliary verb 'was' വരും.</li>
