A Western song is being sung by Michu is the passive form. 
"Michu is singing" is in the present continuous tense.
To create the passive voice, we use the form "is being + past participle" to show that the action is currently happening to the subject (in this case, "A Western song").
So, "is being sung" is used because it matches the present continuous tense of the original sentence.

In the sentence the word completed' has been changed in to been completed. The subject becomes the object and vice versa. Object + had been + V3 + by + subject.

the form of a verb which shows whether the subject acts ,or is being acted upon is called its voice 

In passive forms following changes are to be made(1) Shift the position of object to the place of subject, and the subject goes to the place of object. (2) The third form of verb is to be used. - made in tense Here, the object a song comes first; the V3 form of sing is sung, as the sentence is in present continuous tense, the ing form is to be used, therefore is being sung is the correct form.

In active voice, subject comes first, object goes to its position (a) is the correct active form.

Active voice have /has + past participle; passive voice have /has + been+past participle.

ഇവിടെ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന sentence,Present perfect tense ആണ് .
അതിന്റെ passive form 'has/have+been+past participle of verb'.

തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന sentence, present continuous tense ലാണ്.അതിനാൽ അതിന്റെ passive voice ന്റെ format ,"object +am/is/are+being+v3+by+subject" എന്നീ രൂപത്തിലാണ്.
ഇവിടെ a house എന്നുള്ളത് object ഉം Arun എന്നുള്ളത് subject ഉം ആണ്.Building എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ v3 form, 'built' എന്നാണ്.ഇവിടെ object ആയ a house സിംഗുലാർ ആയതിനാൽ is എന്ന auxiliary ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.
അതിനാൽ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന sentence ന്റെ passive form, 'A house is being built by Arun' എന്നാണ്.


ഇവിടെ her എന്ന object passive ലേക്ക് മാറുമ്പോൾ she ആയി മാറുന്നു.Praising എന്നത് being praised എന്നാകുന്നു.അതിനാൽ 'She likes being praised' എന്നതാണ് ഉത്തരമായി വരുന്നത്.
