RBI announced the launch of Unified Lending Interface (ULI) on 26 August 2024.

ERNET India, an autonomous scientific society under the administrative control of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology is functioning under the overall control and guidance of its Governing Council.
 The Hon’ble Minister for Electronics & Information Technology is the Chairperson of the Council and the members have been chosen from premier academic & research institutions, government organizations and professional bodies. 
ERNET India is serving academic and research institutions in the country by innovatively connecting them on Intranet and Internet using appropriate state-of-the-art technologies. 
Institutions anywhere in the country can now be connected to ERNET network.

The 52nd Amendment of the Indian Constitution relates to Anti-defection Law.
The 52nd Amendment Act of 1985 provided for the disqualification of the
members of Parliament and the state legislature on the ground of the Deflection of one political party to another.
The 10th Schedule of the Indian Constitution is designed to prevent political defections prompted by the lure of office, material benefits, or other considerations.
The Anti-defection law was passed by Parliament in 1985 and was reinforced in 2002.

As of October 2024, the longest National Highway in India is National Highway 44 (NH 44), formerly known as NH 7, spanning approximately 3,745 kilo meters from Srinagar to Kanyakumari
NH-44 is the longest national highway in India with a length of 3745 Kilometers running from Srinagar in the north to Kanyakumari in the south.
This highway connects 11 states and about 30 important cities.
It was previously known as NH 44.
It came into being by merging seven national highways in full or part NH1, NH 1A, NH 2, NH 3, ΝΗ 75, ΝΗ 26, NH75.

Following the 1857 revolt, the title of "Empress of India" was given to Queen Victoria in 1876 through the Royal Titles Act, and officially proclaimed in India in 1877.
On January 1, 1877, at Coronation Park in Delhi, British monarch Queen Victoria (1837-1901) assumed a new title: Kaiser-e Hind, Empress of India.
Kaiser-I-Hind means Empress of India was the Title given to Queen Victoria in the year 1877 in Delhi Durbar by Viceroy Lord Lytton (1876-1880).
This was made possible by passing the Royal Titles Act in 1876 In British Parliament.
