To secure this position, candidates must successfully clear both the Preliminary and Main examinations. Those who achieve the required cut-off marks in the Preliminary exam will be shortlisted for the Main exam. The Preliminary examination for this post is the same as the Degree-level Preliminary exam conducted for positions requiring a degree qualification. According to the PSC annual calendar released on January 1, 2025, the Degree-level Preliminary exam was scheduled to be held between May and July. This exam has now been completed on May 24. It has been officially announced that the Main examination will be conducted in August 30.
