  • Official Liquidators

    The Central Government appoints Official Liquidators as Junior Administrative Grade level officers in the Indian Company Law Service (ICLS). They are attached to various High Courts and are under the administrative charge of the Regional Directors. 

  • Court Liquidators

    The Central Government appoints Court Liquidators to be attached to every High Court. They conduct proceedings for the winding up of banking companies. 

  • Joint, Deputy, or Assistant Official Liquidators
