  • (1) Every application for registration of a society under sub- Section (1) of Section 6 shall be made in duplicate in Form No.1 in appendix II prepared in duplicate and submitted to the registrar be accompanied by The application should be affixed a court fee stamp Rs 5/-

Rule 3(1) Enclosure the following applications

  • Sec 6(2)(b), Rule3(2)- When the applicants are individuals, the application shall be signed by not less than 25 persons each of such persons being member of a different family

  • Rule 3(3) Where any member of a society to be registered is a registered society, a member of the committee of such registered society shall be authorized by the committee of that society by a resolution to sign the application for registration and the bye-laws on its behalf, and a copy of such resolution shall be appended to the application

  • (4) Where any member of a society to be registered is a body whether Statutory or non-statutory, committee or corporation that body shall authorize any person to sign the application for registration and the bye-law on its behalf, and a copy of the resolution giving such authority shall be appended to the application .

  • (5) The application shall be sent to the registrar by registered post, or delivered in office in person

  • (6) Every application shall be accompanied by a challan receipt for having Remitted the registration fee, as specified below.

  • (7) Every application for the registration of a cooperative society shall be submitted and processed through online or on physical mode
