DISPUTE CHAPTER IX (ACT & RULES):
Sec 2(i)
Means that, any matter touching the business constitution establishment or management of being a Society is capable to the subject of litigation.
It also includes a claim in respect of any sum payable to or by the society, whether such claim be admitted or not.
Litigation:
Rule 2(b) Degree : Means any degree order, decision or award referred to in sec 76 of KCS Act 1969.
