Formatting cells using format cell dialogbox

• Format----> Cells----> Format cells dialog box appears
• Tabs in format a cells dialog box

              Number, Alignment ,Font, Border , Patterns , Protection.

• Number tab helps to select the data type( type of the  data) we want to enter into the cell.
• Alignment Tab allows us to change the position of the data in the cell
• Alignment Tab includes

             Horizontal :  This portion controls the right or left alignment within the cell .

             Vertical      : This controls the top to bottom position of cell contents within cells.

            Orientation : This controls Align text at Virtually any angle within a cell.

             Text control  : It has three options : Wraptext  , Shrink to fit and merge cells.

             Text Direction : Determines the direction of the text in a cell.

• Font tab allows us to change the font name, size , style and effects.
