Concept used:

$3\times{Median}=2\times{Mean}+Mode$

Calculation:

Let the mean i.e. A and median i.e. B be 9k and 8k respectively.

​According to the concept,

$3\times{8k}=2\times{9k}+C$

⇒ C = 6k

Now, B : C = 8k : 6k = 4 : 3

∴ The value of B : C is 4 : 3.
