A126 cm

B118 cm

C104 cm

D132 cm

Answer:

B. 118 cm

Read Explanation:

Solution:

Given:

Radius of the semicircle = 14cm

Length of the rectangle = 15cm

Formula used:

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

Calculation:

According to the diagram,

Perimeter of the shape is Sum of the circumference of two semicircles and the two length of the rectangle

Two semicircle = Circle

Circumference of the circle with radius 14cm =2×227×14=2\times{\frac{22}{7}}\times{14}

= 88 cm ----(1)

Two length of the rectangle = 2 × 15

= 30 cm ----(2)

Perimeter of the shape = (1) + (2)

= 88 + 30

= 118 cm

Answer is 118 cm.
