Gothic arch is also known as pointed arch. It consist of two arcs of circles meeting at the apex. The triangle formed maybe equilateral or isosceles, in the latter case called lancet arch. Venetian arch is also another form of pointed arch which has deeper depth at crown than at springing. Florentine arch is similar to venetian arch except intrados is a semi circle.
