• But Rowlatt Satyagraha (1919) against the censure of freedom of press and detention without trial was proactively joined by all the sections of the society.

• Sentiments of the aggrieved common people were addressed. Knitting of people from all religions, all castes, all age groups, and both the genders in the Nationalist Movement had a distinguished characteristic of the Rowlatt Satyagraha.
