new count of men = $5x \times 120\% = 5x\times\frac{120}{100}$

= $5x \times \frac{6}{5}$

new count of women = $6x \times110\% = 6x\times\frac{110}{100}$

= $6x \times \frac{11}{10}$

=$3x \times\frac{11}{5}$

= $\frac{33x}{5} = 6.6x$

new ratio = $\frac{6x}{6.6x}$
