C. Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) ✔
IRMA is a premier institution in rural management and co-operative studies located in Anand, Gujarat. The Tribhuvan Sahkari University Bill, 2025 proposes to upgrade IRMA into India’s first National Cooperative University, giving it national and statutory status.
D. Vaikunth Mehta National Institute ❌
This institute provides training for cooperative personnel but is not a degree-awarding university and is not mentioned in the Bill.
