Section 8 - Registration Certificate

  • Sec 8(1) Where a Co-operative Society is registered, the Registrar shall issue Registration Certificate in Form No 3. duly signed and sealed along with the registered Bylaw.

  • Conclusive Evidence

Registration Certificate contains

  • Name and address of the Society

  • Register Number

  • Date of Registration

  • Date of starting

  • The Registrar may assign for each district or such class of societies a code and symbol for giving registration number to the Societies

  • Registrar shall issue a copy of Byelaw, categorical Statement along with Registration Certificate.

  • Registrar shall issue a copy of Byelaw, categorical Statement along with Registration Certificate

  • Categorical statement showing its type as per Rule 15 shall also be included along with the Registration Certificate.

  • Duplicate Registration Certificate Rule 4 A and Section 8(2)

  • If the original Registration Certificate is irrecoverably lost, the Registrar may issue Duplicate Registration Certificate Form No3 A on the basis of details available in the Audit Certificate of that Society with Registrar and the records available in the Office of Registrar/ DCA/State Co-operative Union / Circle Co-operative Union
