• Address need not be typed twice in window envelops.

• Envelope addressing can be typed single or double spacing depending uponthe address.

                Block method and Indentation method

• In block method of envelope address should be typed in the same spacing and degree near the middle centre of the envelope.
• The first a line of the addressee's address is to be typed near the middle centre of the envelope but the other lines are typed leaving 5 spaces after each line in Indent Method (Indentation method).
