Article 14 of the Indian Constitution guarantees "Equality before the Law" and "Equal protection of the laws" to all persons within the territory of India. Article 14 to 18 of the constitution guarantee the right to equality to every citizen of Indian. Thus Article 14 uses two Exceptions " Equality before the law " and " Equal Protection of the law ".
