Affiliation to Apex Societies

  • Sec 8(A)(1): Every Primary or Central Society should apply for affiliation to its Apex Society or Central Society with in such time and such manner as may be prescribed apply for affiliation to the concerned apex society or central society as the case may be.

  • There is no time limit is specified for giving application for affiliation by a new Society to its Apex or Central Society.

  • Sec 8(A)(2): On the receipt of application for Affiliation, the Apex Society or Central Society, give affiliation within 45 days (Amend)(old60 days)from the date of application.

  • Otherwise, affiliation shall be deemed to be given to the applicant from the date on which the said period of 45 days expired

  • Rule 16 E: The application for affiliation should be given in Form No 31 shall be submitted by registered post with acknowledgement due.

  • Sec8(A)(3): If the Apex or Central Society refusing the application for affiliation, the appeal should be given to the Registrar within 30 days from the date of refusal and the registrar shall dispose of the appeal within 60 days from the date of appeal.

  • As per Rule 16 E ,An application for affiliation to the central society or apex society shall be in form no 31.Appendix II of these rules and shall be submitted by registered post with acknowledgement due.
