A plural noun which denotes amount of money,distances,weights,time etc is considered singular and takes a singular verb.

When two nouns are joined by with,along with,together with as well as etc the verb agrees with the first noun.If the first noun is singular,the verb must be singular,even if the second noun is plural.Here the first noun is singular noun driver and so the verb is singular.

When two nouns joined by 'and' express same idea, the verb must be singular.
രണ്ടു നാമങ്ങൾ 'and' ഉപയോഗിച്ച് യോജിപ്പിച്ചതാണെങ്കിലും ഒരു യൂണിറ്റിനെ കുറിക്കുന്നതോ, ഒരു ആശയത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ചതോ ആണെങ്കിൽ ക്രിയ singular ആയിരിക്കണം. ഈ വാക്യത്തിലെ രണ്ടു നാമങ്ങളും ഒരു യൂണിറ്റിനെ കുറിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ക്രിയ ഏകവചനമാണ്. Here, "bread and butter" is treated as a single entity or idea, so the singular verb "is" is appropriate.

Statements that contain the semi negative words like none , scarcely, seldom,hardly are considered full negatives and a take a positive tag.

A sentence beginning with  let's indicating suggestion, always take the tag shall we ?

Active voice have /has + past participle; passive voice have /has + been+past participle.

Passive voice is/are+being+past participle;
