Expected Exam Date

The Kerala PSC Company/Corporation/Board Last Grade Servant (LGS) Notification 2025 (Category No. 423/2025) has been issued while the previous rank list (No. 51/2024/ER II), published on January 12, 2024, remains valid until January 11, 2027. As per the PSC’s recruitment process, new selection procedures start well before the expiry of the current list, ensuring sufficient time for application verification, exam scheduling, and result publication.

Since the notification has already been released, the OMR examination is expected to be conducted between April and June 2026, following the usual 4–6 month gap after the notification. The results and new rank list are likely to be published by early 2027, allowing a seamless transition when the present list expires. Candidates are strongly advised to begin systematic preparation early to secure a place in the upcoming rank list.

Importance of early preparation

Starting early preparation for the Company Board Last Grade Servants (LGS) examination offers a significant advantage, especially considering that if the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) releases the notification in December 2025, the exam is likely to be held between April and June 2026, based on previous recruitment patterns. This window of 4 to 6 months gives candidates ample time to build a strong foundation in key topics, systematically revise the syllabus, and practice mock tests regularly. Early preparation not only reduces last-minute stress but also enhances your confidence and understanding of the exam pattern. By beginning your studies well in advance, you increase your chances of securing a top rank and successfully clearing the competitive LGS exam.
