ഇതൊരു Assertive sentence ആണ്. Subject ൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന sentence ആണ് Assertive sentence. Direct Speech ൽ Past tense (said ) +Past perfect continuous tense(had + been + ing) വന്നാൽ Indirect Speech ൽ വരുമ്പോൾ അത് Past perfect continuous ( had + been + ing) ആകും.
