• This is an innovative programme for the growth of micro, small and medium industrial enterprise clusters in Kerala.

• In contrast to the conventional programme for growth of clusters, new technology and market development activities are being undertaken to increase productivity and increase agricultural efficiency.

• Efforts are being made with the help of the Enterprise Development Institute of India (EDII) and the Digital University Kerala, to prepare action plans to move away from gradual growth of enterprises and ensure exponential growth.
