E-governance facilitates digital interactions between various stakeholders involved in public administration. Distinct models have emerged to categorize these interactions. The primary models include Government to Citizens (G2C), where government services are delivered directly to individuals; Government to Business (G2B), which streamlines interactions between government agencies and commercial enterprises; and Government to Government (G2G), enabling seamless data exchange and collaboration between different government bodies. These models are designed to make interactions more user-friendly, efficient, and transparent.
