Course - Flows through Tibet (China), India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam) and Bangladesh.
Mouth - Ganges-Brahmaputra Delta, Bay of Bengal.
Basin area - 580,000 km² (224,000 sq mi).
Tributaries - Lohit, Dihing and Subansiri.
