Sankhya means “empirical” or “number.” It explains creation in a manner where the implicit becomes explicit and where there exists neither production nor destruction. Kapil Muni was the founder of Samkhya Philosophy and it is the oldest orthodox salvation. Salvation can be achieved through real knowledge. The real knowledge comes through Pratyaksh, perception, anumana (influence), Shabd(verbal testimony). They believe in two reality i.e. dualism and dwaitwad. All of the creation stems from the two facets of Sankhya: Purusha and Prakriti.
