Answer 1

Answer:

D. Vagbhatananda

• The social reformer and renaissance leader Vagbhatananda wrote the work Koottiyoor Ulsavapattu.

• Rather than a traditional devotional hymn, he composed this piece as a powerful social critique against the superstitious rituals, exploitative temple customs, and animal/offering practices (such as Ilaneerattam, Neyyamritit, and Avalabhishekam) that were prevalent during the famous festival at the Kottiyoor Temple in Kannur
