Action Research
Steps in Action Research:
1. Identifying a Problem: The teacher identifies a specific problem or area for improvement.
2. Planning: The teacher develops a plan or intervention to address the problem.
3. Action: The plan is implemented in the classroom.
4. Observation and Data Collection: The teacher gathers data (through observations, tests, or surveys) to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention
5. Reflection and Analysis: The teacher reflects on the outcomes and modifies teaching strategies as needed.
