A45 days

B30 days

C25 days

D20 days

Answer:

A. 45 days

Read Explanation:

Solution:

GIVEN:

Rama and Hari  together can finish a piece of work in 15 days

Rama works twice as fast as Hari

FORMULA USED:

Work = Efficiency × No. of days

CALCULATION:

Rama works twice as fast as Hari

⇒ The efficiency of Rama: Hari = 2:1

⇒ Total Work = Efficiency of (Rama + Hari) × Total number of days to finish the work

⇒ 3 × 15 = 45

⇒ No. of days required to finish whole work by Hari alone = Total work/Efficiency

⇒ 45/1 = 45

∴ Hari can finish the whole work alone in 45 Days
