UGC ACT-SECTION 11 ▶ All orders and decision of the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or any other member authorized by the Commission in this behalf, and all other instruments issued by the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any other officers of the Commission authorized in like manner in this behalf.
